How can I contact Blank-London?

Do I need to create an account with Blank-London.com?

No you do not need to create an account with Blank-London, when you proceed to check out you have the option of checking out as a guest. However, creating an account will make it easy for you to log in, check and track your orders as well as the advantage of being the first to know when new products come in and when there’s a sale.

Why do I need to give my email address to process my order?

In order to keep you informed and up-to-date on your order, it is essential for us to have your email. We will not share your email with any other party. 

How long will delivery take?

Please click on the shipping information tab at the bottom of the page for details of shipping times and costs. Please note that times quoted are approximate.

How do I know if my order has been successful if an error page appears?

The best way to check if your order has gone through is by logging in and clicking on ‘My Orders’. Alternatively, you can email us on customercare@blank-london.com and we will check it for you.  

When will my order be dispatched?

We attempt to dispatch all orders placed before 2pm GMT on the same day the order was made and dispatch orders placed after 2pm GMT the next working day. 

What do I do if I forget my password?

In the sign in page, you will find a ‘forgot my password’ link. Simply click on the link and follow the instructions where it will explain to you how to reset your password. 

When will I be refunded for a returned order?

We will issue a refund of the full amount paid for the products within 30 days of receiving your written cancellation notice. 

Can I use any of the information or images on the website?

All information and images in this website are exclusive property of Blank London Ltd. These rights are protected by national and international laws and treaties, please refer to Intellectual Property Rights in Terms and Conditions.
